The time required to see meaningful results from coaching can vary depending on several factors, including the client’s goals, engagement, motivation and the nature of the challenges they face.
For some clients, tangible progress can be seen in the first few sessions, while for others, a longer process may be required to achieve lasting results.
In general, coaching is a gradual process that takes time and perseverance. Lasting changes often take weeks or months to manifest. It is also important to note that coaching outcomes may be different for each individual, depending on their unique circumstances and needs.
The coach and client work together to define realistic, measurable goals and develop effective strategies to achieve them. With active engagement and openness to change, clients can typically begin to see improvements in their personal or professional lives within a relatively short time. However, it is recommended to continue coaching over a longer period of time in order to consolidate progress and sustain change over the long term.
At Rémi Ledé SAS we recommend a minimum of 1 month to live a first immersion.
Then, to affirm the support for change, we recommend 3 months of support.
Finally, 6 months of coaching is the best compromise to lock in results for the long term.
In other words, the best duration of accompaniment is between 3 and 6 months, depending on your motivations.
It is also important to remember that coaching is not a quick fix and often requires ongoing effort and engagement from the client. Coaching is an investment in personal or professional development that can produce meaningful and transformational results, but also requires time and patience to achieve concrete results.
However, coaching remains the best investment in one’s life because it is much more profitable in the short and long term than a physical investment. Why? Because the intangible knowledge does not disintegrate and is lost by, when the material knows a wear rate and depreciation.
